Ushaiger Heritage House

The lovely little village of Ushaiger, located about 170km NW of Riyadh has been partially renovated to its old glory by the villagers who paid for it out of their own pockets. That's how much they cherish their heritage! The village has mosques, schools, museums, a marketplace and numerous wells that are all open for visitors to explore. These images are from one of the renovated houses. The family has set part of the house as a museum and it's like stepping back in time inside this traditional Saudi home.
